Squish a generous dollop of product and spread it evenly on your wet hair lengths. Gently detangle your curls, starting from the ends and making your way to the roots. Let it sit for a couple of minutes while you leisurely wash your body. Rinse well.

Fully recyclable and made of 100% recycled ocean bound plastic collected by the Prevented Ocean Plastic™ programme. They work with bottle collectors in areas where the coastline is at risk of ocean plastic pollution, to give waste a value and create economic benefits for individuals and local communities.
Easily recyclable with the bottle without needing to peel it off first. It's upcycled from 99% bio-based byproducts that would otherwise go to waste, such as used cooking oil. The production process of this material uses 85% less energy than traditional labels and 9% less CO2.
Unfortunately, our caps are not that special. Our suppliers are working on making them with ocean bound plastic as well, but the technology is not quite there yet, so we had a little setback. For now, they are made with virgin PP plastic, but they are still fully recyclable. Watch this space!
FAQs
Are these safe for colour-treated hair?
Yes, the shampoo contains very gentle cleansers, and both it and the conditioner have a low pH, so they're safe to use on colour-treated hair.
How often should I wash my hair?
It can depend on many variables - particularly your scalp type and lifestyle. We have designed this formula to be as gentle as possible, so you could even use it daily if necessary. Do not wait more than 7-10 days between one shampoo and the other - your scalp needs regular cleansing!
Can I leave the conditioner in, without rinsing it out?
No. Rinse-out products have ingredients concentrations that follow this specific purpose. We cannot guarantee the product's effect if used differently than the guidelines. If you're looking for a leave-in conditioner, check out our Soft Leave-in Cream!
Can I use the conditioner to brush my hair in the shower?
Absolutely - this conditioner has been designed to provide incredible slip and help you detangle under the shower. You can use it with a brush or to finger detangle, whichever you prefer.
Why is the shampoo not foaming?
If you find your shampoo isn't foaming a lot, it might be due to product buildup on your scalp. Shampoo twice to make sure you remove all the debris - the second time around you'll see a lot more foam!
Is this a clarifying shampoo?
No. This is a moisturising, all-purpose shampoo. We still recommend clarifying your scalp every 4-5 washes to really make sure you get rid of all buildup.
Do they contain proteins?
No, both products are protein-free.
Do they contain Sulfates, Silicones or Parabens?
No, both products don't contain any sulfates, silicones or parabens.
Are they Curly Girl Friendly?
Yes, all our products can be used if you follow the Curly Girl Method.
What's the pH of these products?
Gentle Shampoo: pH range of 4.5-5.3
Detangling Conditioner: pH range of 3.5-4.5
